LaiUse provides free browser-based productivity tools including but not limited to: image compression, QR code generation, PDF editing, JSON formatting, URL shortening, cryptographic hash generation, and AI-powered tools. Our tools are provided "as is" and are intended for lawful, legitimate purposes only.
Some features of our service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

The LaiUse name, logo, design, and all original content on laiuse.com are the intellectual property of LaiUse. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or copyrighted material without our written permission.
Any content you generate using LaiUse tools (e.g., compressed images, QR codes, edited PDFs) belongs to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload to our service.
Our service may include integrations with third-party services including but not limited to:
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
AI-generated content (via AI Summarizer, AI Writer, AI Document Q&A, AI Text-to-Speech, and AI Music Generator) is produced by machine learning models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content produced by our AI tools before relying on or publishing it.
Files you upload to LaiUse are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing is complete, unless you explicitly choose to download them. We do not claim ownership over any files you upload.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any files you upload, and that uploading those files does not infringe the rights of any third party.
LaiUse offers a Free tier with access to all core tools. Paid plans (Pro at $5/month and Team at $15/month) are billed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
LaiUse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaiUse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaiUse and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of LaiUse after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
